Thank you for the socks, they are fantastic to be honest even after being worn inside wellies multiple times.

The worst present I was given by FAR and before the requests come in to see me in it, there are no photos in existence of it. My sister bought me a VERY revealing MANKINI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not me but from what I remember it was pretty much the same

LMFAO @Jasper_The_Rasper  come now, admit that this was you posing in it Sir?

@russell.harris  are you sure you don't want to see it? Comments such as these is like a lure to the “I dare you” phase.

It’s more like I don’t want my wife to walk past my screen and see me staring at it! 😁

@ProTruckDriver setting the bar really high for worst Christmas gift ever! This doesn’t top kidney stones by a long shot, but it’s the only Christmas present I can think of I actually hated.

I was in 8th or 9th grade, some good awkward years of life. At this time my mom picked out most of my clothes because I was pretty clueless on how to dress myself. Matching colors is hard! (I’d like to say things have changed, but mostly the only difference is my wife picks out my clothes now.)

My mom liked buying clothes, so this worked out for her. It did not work out for me this Christmas when I pulled a sweater out of one of my gift boxes. It’s so terrible I can’t even find a picture of it on the internet. It’s wasn’t ugly in the way you think of an ugly Christmas sweater or a Bill Cosby sweater (I had plenty of the latter). It was a more understated ugly. Minimalist ugly, if you will.

It was a fuzzy, cream-colored sweater with a cream-on-slightly-darker-cream pattern, and a collar like you would see on a polo shirt. But the collar was not a solid color. It was rainbow stripes. Purple and yellow and blue, and maybe pink or red.

I think I surprised my mom by having an opinion on clothing. She was used to me blindly trusting her judgement. But she could tell right away that I didn’t like this one. I remember wearing it once or twice so not to hurt her feelings, but felt so uncomfortable and self-conscious when I did.

Finally, she offered to take it back to the store. I don’t remember what she exchanged it for. Probably nothing, or something for her. Or maybe a less-objectionable sweater.

Aww I wish you had this sweater still for our next challenge!
