The below error pops up on many domain joined computers often. Clicking Yes or No does not stop it from popping up.

Sorry about that - it's a known bug that we're working on getting fixed.
 
In the meantime, would it be possible for you to leave the Windows firewall turned on for them, or is it causing issues in your environment?

Yes, I can leave it on. It is just annoying to everyone.

My apologies for that.  If you put in a ticket:
https://www.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp?SOURCE=ENTERPRISEWSA
then that will help let our escalations team know how often the issue is occuring so they can prioritize accordingly, and you can also get notified when we get a fix out.

With the firewall turned on they receive these pop-ups all throughout the day and it is very annoying. Is there an ETA on the resolution or a work around?
