USB debug warning when USB debuf is turned off on Android

Why is the USB debugging warning showing when USB debugging is turned off on an Android phone.

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

Webroot on my Android is showing this:


If you are not seeing this then you can reinstall Webroot by uninstalling and reinstalling from Google Play Store.

Debugging should be enabled. If it isn't then you'll receive an Alert. The USB Debugging setting is a feature that allows you to communicate with a computer over a USB 0ort.

Connecting via USB can make the mobile device vulnerable to malware that could be downloaded over this port.
