Cannot open Webroot SecureAnywhere

Hi,

I had Webroot Secureanywhere on my Mac last year. I have the latest OS. I renewed, by installing again Webroot. When I try to open it, the Webroot window with scan options does not open. Previously, I was able to open, and was able to check the status, or change setting. Now, I cannot do anything.

I installed it using download from the site. I tried to reinstall from the CD, but I get message that the install is up to date.

Help.

Thanks for assistance.

Hello @shaji13

Uninstall Webroot and use this link to download the latest version for Catalina and or Big Sur Only!

https://mac.webrootmultiplatform.com/production/wsa-mac/10.15/9.1.5.87/WSAMAC.dmg

See here for more info to uninstall then use the link above and install that one:
