Solved

Good morning all, I was wondering when I'm using Internet Explorer

Webroot shows the protected icon in Internet Explorer, can someone please explain why it doesn't show when I'm using Edge?
I'm not sure which is better to use since I'm not very knowledgeable on how Edge works as far as how safe it is etc. Thank you

Thank you! I should have done a search to see if there were any posts on this, sorry I asked a repeated question.
I may not always be the brightest bulb on a string of lights, but I do know webroot has come to the rescue. I never
figured communities were worth much, but you all have been so kind in answering my questions I'll go and add Edge
to the protected list, Thank you again, have a good one! Kate

Here is the PC User Guide that will help explaining Application Protection. http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C6_IDProtection/CH6c_ManagingProtectedApps.htm

Hope this helps?
