How do I allow Adobe Reader to download?
Hi harryfwalls

Welcome to the Community Forums.

MAy I ask where yo are trying to download Adobe Reader from?  If not from http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ then please try from there, as if you are using a 3rd party site WSA may be detecting addons or bundled software that it is objecting to.

Also, when you download from Adobe please make sure that you uncheck any option that offers to include additional downlaods (the one that I have seen is for McAfee software) as these may also be taken by WSA as an attempt to downlaod and install PUAs (Potentially Unwanted Applications) which WSA is designed to detec and block.

Try all of the above and come back to let us know if yo uhave been successful or not, and if not we will look to advise further.

I attempted installing adobe reader as you specified but still no luck
Hi markiyojoe

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear that this has not worked for. Would you be able to provide the exact details of how far you get iin the proces/what browser you are using or have tried/what error message(s) you are getting, etc.

All of this should enable us to better localise the source of the issue as some cases, for example, its not WSA that is the issue but rather the settings in IE (if it is that browser that is being used, etc.).

Once we have that information we will try to take it from there for you.
