I am not able to confirm my registration because I get this error:Error(UCR2): Invalid security code

I am not able to confirm my registration because when I try to confirm by entering the two numbers of my security code I get this error: Error(UCR2): Invalid security code credentials. 
 
Can somebody help me?

    Welcome to the Community Forum,
     
    Please try to change your Security code.
    Edit:
     
    1. Go to my.webrootanywhere.com, Account Console.
    2. Click on 'Can't log in?' link, and then reset Security code.
    3. Follow the window and reset Security Code then try to confirm the account.
