Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Can you turn off WSA by Right Clicking on the Green orb down by the clock and Click Shut down Protection and check to see if it has to do with WSA or not?
Thanks,
Daniel ;)

Hi Joe
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Just to add a bit to what Daniel has already advised...I have noted on the web in a number of articles that suggest that one should just right-click on the video you are trying to play, go to Settings, and uncheck the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" box.
And from now on, your videos should start playing properly.
This is only a workaround but hopefully it will help and buy you more time to investigate the causes of the issue and find a more permanent solution.
