I just renewed my webroot subscription, but when i log into my account it says my keycode is still expried. I have the receipt in my email and the key that was in my email matches the key within my account (when I log in). I'm not understanding why within my account it still says it is expired.

I believe that it can take up to 24 hours for the renewal to work its way through the back office and so I would not be concerned at this point. You are protected at this point in time.

 

You can also issue a Support Ticket free of charge., and they can fix this for you.
