1) "Select Location" not functioning!!!!

 

2) I use Malwarebytes in addition to WebRoot. It keeps reporting that it has blocked an outgoing message yet other programs (WebRoot, Avira, Comodo and Super anti spyware) don't take any action. I have checked the supposed site using a spam checker and no abnormal behaviour has been observed. So can I assume that Malwarebytes is reporting a false positive?
