Can you please create a Support Ticket so they can gather diagnostic logs for this error?

 

Not sure why you are in safe mode with Networking?

This relates to/is caused by a malware called Poweliks. One of our other members @ hadd an isue with this a while back and found some instructions on another site which were referenced in the Community but snipped as inappropriate/contrary to Community Guidelines...and I believe that is what wmcduffie is referring to.

 

Given what I know about Poweliks it is best left well alone/left to the professionals unless one is technically proficient...so definitively one best left to the Support Team IMHO.
