Hi nealwest

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Once the subscription has expired there is a grace period to allow the user time to renew. During theat period the product functions as if licensed butbafter that it will only scan but not clean.  Imbelieve, from memorynthatnthe time period is 30 days butbdo not quote me on that.

In terms of your first point are younsure that the new keycode has been registered correctly?

yes it is entered correctly the old subscription actually went past the 30 days and when I started getting  bad things on the computer I bought the new script, it has never stopped saying script was exspired but, it has started scanning and removing threats on my computer, the wifes on the other hand it wont do anything

Hi nealwest

The continued message about expiry is due t the fact that you 'renewed' by buying a new subscription rather than renewingnthe existing one...so the message is coming from the old code which is still associated with your Web Console/Account.

Whatnyou need to do to get rid of the message is to contact Support by Opening a Support Ticket, providing them with the expired keycode so they can delete it for you. Unfortunately this is not something we can do as we are volunteers and this requires action in the back office system, and as such we do not have access.

Hope that helps?
