Scan stuck at 0% and 1 second

Webroot identified something malicious in a download, so I clicked yes when it asked if I wanted it to remove the file. It did not remove the file but remained in "queue." I could not cancel the process or exit, so I ended the process in my task manager. Now I've been trying to do a scan for about an hour, it says a scan is in process, and it is "scanning for rootkits," but it is not going past 0% and says that only one second has elapsed.

Welcome to the Community mozhetbeats.....................The first order of business would be to restart your machine and re-scan then report back with any additional info.

Hi mozhetbeats

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If what Lyle has suggested does not work then please get back to us and we can take you through how to uninstall/clean install WSA which, in most caases, should resolve the issue.

Regards, Baldrick
