This is the first time I have gotten this far into Web Root now don't know what to do need to know about a red cross on the webroot report that said something was wrong with explore exe.

I would hazard a wild guess that you are referring to the output from the running of the System Analyzer; that sometimes reports that explorer.exe has a memory leak?
If that is the case then to be honest there is nothing much that one can do about that as explorer.exe is a core Windows application that only Microsoft can do something about and are not very likely to do anything specific in response to a WSA diagnosis.
As long as your system is performing as you expect it to then I would ignore that report.
