That is because it thinks that you are infected...apologies for the direct response but that is what it says 'on the tin'. What I would do now is to open the main app panel and click on the 'Scan my computer' button to initiate a manual scan and see if that confirms the earlier 'diagnosis' or it gives your system a clean bill of health.

 

Either way post back here to let us know the outcome.
