Webroot stalled on Threat Removal

My threat removal has said " removing malicious threats now in progress" for more than an hour now. But the progress bar has not moved at all. The satus of the threat says it is "queued". The threat is "kbqsvc.exe in c:program files (x86) encentqqeimin3rd". Infection says "Trojan.Dropper.Gen"

Any help?

I can't close the program for fear I will get infected. No other scans I try will work as this one is still doing something. I'm not sure....

Hello peaceinmee,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

WSA can sometimes need a reboot to remove a threat. If you check the quarantine you should see a threat that was removed upon bootup.

If you are still concerned you can Submit a Support Ticket free iof charge and they will certainly check this out for you.
