aborted scans//start correctly, but the screens disappear before completion

In the future, please begin a new thread when you have an issue - posting in a 4 year old thread is difficult to notice.

This isn’t quite enough detail for us to troubleshoot - I recommend you reach out to our SUPPORT TEAM for assistance with your issues.
