Logged a ticket regarding a problem I'm having when trying to use the Password section in my account.  I had a subscription that recently expired.  Rather than renewing I purchased a new key code that covered more devices.  Now I can not access the Password Manager.  I logged a ticket early this morning, but have not gotten a response.  I wondered how long it typically takes to receive a response?

My quess is since it's the weekend you might need to wait until Monday but they could answer your email anytime today as well. I'd say on a normal week day it's 24 hrs..but don't quote me and also do not reissue another Support ticket because it will just put you back further on the list if you know what I mean.

 

Be patient and they will get to you as soon as they can ok?
