i have internet security v 9.0.0.62. is there any way to limit my scans to specific folders? presently, the sacn encompasses 722K files over 12.5 hours! that's too long!

 

also, is there a users guide?

Hi Devin,

 

I think my problem is resolved. I set my "Computer sleep" to 3 hours, then I scheduled a wake up at 11:58 because my scan begins at 1 am daily and my optimization is every Sunday at 12 am. This way, my compter will not sleep again until 2:48, enough time for the scan and optimizer to work...theoretically, of course. I'll find out tonight and tomorrow night.
