I recently bought the internet Plus pakadge and want to upgrade to the complete pakadge, but only get reneval options when I use the Reneval/upgrade option provided. Please inform a very new subscriber on the corrrect procedure.

I must be doing something wrong then because I used that link previously and it only overed me to renew my licence for X amount of years without any option to upgrade.
Ok sorry here is a Web form: http://www.webroot.com/renewal/?lang=en&loc=usa If that doesn't work gives sales a call.

Lol, that still just give me the option to


  1. renew for second year at $55
  2. Upgrade to 5 devices for $25
  3. or add a backup cd for $9.99

Sorry for the hassle.  I just upgraded you to complete for free since you had a bad experience.  Then when you renew next year it will prompt you for the complete renewal.  Please let me know if that works for you!
