000000000 on my computer

I get automatic 000000000 messages on my computer, in several locations. Is it a microsoft problem? Why doesn’t webroot pick it up after scfanning?

To me it looks to be a Microsoft issue and not Webroot. I would suggest you post over here and choose the Windows version you are using: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us?auth=1
