activation date incorrect

Hello Webroot Community I hope this is where I post a quesiton because I am in need !  Are any of you having a problem with your activation date not being correct?

I apologize for any confusion - Best Buy subscriptions are activated upon purchase and they can be contacted at 1-888-BEST-BUY.

I haven't seen any can you give us more info:
 
1. Which product are you using?
2. When was it purchased and where?
3. Did you get it from Best Buy Subscription services?
4. What does it say and when was your first Activation Date and how many days does it say you have left?
