The act of installing WSA on a new device and activating it using the keycode for the account that you want to add it to should be all you need to do...you should find it registered under the relavant account when you next check via the online console (HERE).

 

Please note that following installation & activation it can take a little while for the new device to appear under the account in the online consile...can be as much as 2-4 hours...and a trick here is to run a manual scan on the new device as that sometimes 'nudges' the registration along a little.
