Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

There are no issues if you keep it updated, I continue to use Flash but I always make sure I'm using the latest for Firefox as in Windows 10 all updates for Flash come from Microsoft and for the Chrome Browser they update Flash within there Browser updates! See here for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Security-Industry-News/Adobe-Flash-Player-v29-0-0-140-and-Adobe-Air-v29-0-0-112/td-p/318260

Cheers,

Good morning. I am new to the community, but not to the issue. I need adobe flash to complete an assignment for school. I have read your instructions and keep getting the same response - flash is blocked. I am ready to dump webroot. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox with no positive results. I can not get through to Geek Squad. Lost & frustrated
