Hello,
Just reformatted my computer and when I installed Spysweeper with Antivirus, it told me there was an upgrade available. I upgraded, and now it looks like two separate programs are running: Webroot SecureAnywhere, and Webroot AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper. Is this normal?

I haven’t heard the name spy sweeper in a while! That’s quite a bit older than Webroot’s current offerings (SecureAnywhere). I imagine you can probably uninstall the spysweeper software as it’s going to be pretty outdated by now. By all means, keep them both active, but if you see any issues then it may be wise to remove spysweeper.
