I’m being asked for authentication code, but I never receive one.  System won’t let me open a online ticket. Phone support says I could be on hold for an hour.  Anyone know a solution or can recommend another company? 

So the most basic question (mine also) as to how to login to your paid subscription and no tech support after nearly a year?
