I play an online casino game. While in the middle of playing one of the games the screen suddenly goes black even though I am still logged into the casino game. When the reload button comes on it will not reload. I have to exit completely and sign back in to the game. So far this black screen has not affected any other action.

Yeah there is lots of reasons why that game might now work. What browser are you using? Any adblocks or script blockers? Those are usually the culprits.
You can always rule out Webroot by turning off shields or just shutting Webroot down entirely and trying your game, but it’s not recommended unless you know the site is safe
