Brother printer/scanner installation problem

I am attempting to install a Brother printer/scanner and having a problem they say I need to contact you about. At the point where I attempt to connect their setup wirelessly it fails. I have disabled Webroot. They say it is a Webroot problem and I need to contact you about unblocking printer ports.

Your printer probably needs to be Whitelisted. Support can solve this problem for you.
