Hello.
My name is Beverly. I need help.I tried to update my Garmin GPS but my PC does not recognize the device. I asked Webroot for help but since my issue is not security system related (their words), I must call the Garmin vendor. I believe their may be a problem with the USB Mass Storage requirements on my PC. I am not tech savvy so I hope someone from the community can help me. Ty

Have you gone to the Garmin GPS online Website for Support. You can use WebUpdater and see if that helps or download the latest driver? http://www.garmin.com/support/download.jsp
