Hi Community,

Our Business Endpoint Protection is scheduled to renew next week.  I no longer have a company credit card to renew, however the only option I see using the online renewal is to pay via credit card.

I sent multiple emails and left several voice mail messages at Webroot over the last few weeks and even opened a ticket to see if I could get someone to call me. The support people just say to contact sales and that they will have a salesperson contact me.  Nobody at Webroot has contacted me yet?  Any thoughts? This is very weird?
