I am attempting to cancel auto renewal for subscription. System seems to want to send acknowledgement to the email address I used to purchase the subscription. How do I gat it to send to my current email address.

yep had done that. But confirmation of my cancellation of auto renewal appears to have gone to the email address I used when I setup the account rather than my current email address. Can you confirm that auto-renewal has been canceled for my account.
I can’t check but if you put your Keycode in there I’m sure it worked. The only other thing I can suggest is to contact Webroot Sales again with the Keycode and ask them directly via email or by calling them!
