Cannot print since renewing Webroot

I renewed my subscription with Webroot to include the VPN protection.  Since that time, I have been unable to print.  What am I doing incorrectly?

Are you running the Webroot VPN all the time? If you are, try turning it off and try printing if that doesn't help then it’s best to contact Webroot support and they will help you sort it out: Webroot Customer Service
