cannot uninstall Webroot

windows 10 pro machine , I cannot remove this Webroot, tried the command not working , tried , uninstalling it from the console , no luck , this application just done want to be uninstalled.
any help will be appreciated

    Go to Safe Mode, type:
    "C:\Program Files\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall
    (with the quotation marks, exactly as above)
    in the Search Bar
    and see if that works.
