Carbonite Error "Your account has been disabled"

But my online access says my account is good, I can log in, see everything, it’s paid up - etc/

Please contact Webroot Support. They can look at the back end of your account and solve this problem.

Webroot Support:

Submit a ticket

Call 1-866-612-4227 during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)
