Hi,

We are a MSP and resell Webroot to our clients.

My issue is this.. The number for site devices goes up when one is added but never back down when a machine is wiped or has disk failure, only when uninstalled.

This means that is a hard disk is replaced in a machine and webroot is installed again a this device has now used 2 licenses?

What is the best way to have the actual number to bill for a site?
Another way of putting it is this, when do devices become inactive?

Thanks,
Hego

So it sounds like you need to deactivate the old instance. We have a guide on deactivating endpoints, please click here to visit it and let us know if that works.
