When I go to the Webroot login site, I fill in my email, my password and then at the next page I’m asked for two specific characters from my security code. So I do that and the next page comes up telling me that I am now logged OUT.
Anybody have an answer? I’ve exhausted a bunch of possibilities and can’t get to the bottom of this. I’ve seen this complaint before - is there a problem with Webroot? Scary for a security outfit if there’s a glitch!
