My name is Donna and I wanted to know if Microsoft contact people at their home if they have a virus? also how do I get someone from monitoring my computer saying something has crashed. Their phone number is 1844-763-5838 and 1-855-973-2095. They try to intimadate and threaten you with problems on your computer in order for you to buy their product so they can monitor your computer. Then they threaten to shut my computer down if I did not call this number and this is against thelaw. the other number is 1-855-973-2095. Thank You. I do Not belive them.

Absolutely NOT...THIS IS A SCAM!! Neither Microsoft nor any other company sends emails, pop ups, or phone calls of any kind advising that you may have a problem.
If you clicked anything links, allowed them to remote into your computer, or went to any web sites please Submit a Support Ticket ASAP. (Now would be a good idea....)
