Go to the right side by your user name and you will see a Go To drop down box and search for your webroot product and open Webroot Anti Virus per se.and at the top you will see at the upper left hand side "New Message". click on this and you will see a subject header to fill in and then ask your question. Or go to the home page and ask a question in the box and click continue.
