Having issues with showing that I have any active PCs on my online account after i log in. I am running the software on my Macbook Air and it seems to be working fine, but online "PC security" shows 0 devices, while I was able to see my mobile phone after i registered it under "Mobile security". I also need to remove an old PC from my subscription but its not showing up either.
Any ideas?

Sorry your having problems with your Account Console. Since devices are not showing up on it, probably the best and easy way to fix this is to submit a Support Ticket. They will sort it for you.
