Hi. I joined to figure out a weird thing happening with my webroot interfacing with my computer. I hope someone can shed some light on my darkness.

My PC's action center says that I should turn on Webroot; Webroot says it is working fine, and when I press the turn on webroot button on action center, nothing happens. The computer is showing the flag with the red x on the bar and I want to make it go away and know my webroot is working properly.
I am not highly familiar with that problem, but is it possible you are using Windows 8? If so, the replies in This Thread might be of help.
