I renewed my subscription last night, but for some reason the program still says I haven't renewed. I already went through the steps from the SecureAnywhere web site and I still have the same problem. NOW WHAT?!?!?!

@Semiwhatsit: I see two keycodes under your email address. It looks like you got in contact with Sales and somebody handled it through our internal system about an hour and 20 minutes after you left the forum message.
