Greetings!
Visiting my senior Mom (83 and kicking booty!). The following popup comes up. We've clicked the x and nothing happens. Stays there in front of other windows. I tried closing it from the bottom, clicking the x's. Stays there. Rebooted. Still comes up. Pic attached. Not a PC user so you might have to use simple terms -- any suggestions appreciated.
Want her to enjoy her computer experience.Thx!
