Sorry if my english is bad, it isn't my native language.
The reason I am here is the difficulty with supporting webroot user guide on which SecureAnywhere tips video won't show. When video window is clicked it expands into static picture that can only be closed. And yesterday there wasn't any playback problem.
At the same time youtube and couple other players works fine.
Is it oversecurity or just a glitch on webroot side?
If someone willing to help then please use simple terms as I am just an ordinary user.
Thanks

Hi ka-on
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What browser are you suing to view the video? And if just one then have you tried viewing through another browser?

Thanks for answering.
That was chrome and opera.
After playing with chrome java and flash settings it started to play video.
(Not sure which action exactly made it come to senses.)
But with opera same aprouch didn't do a trick.

Hi ka-on
Thanks for the response.
I will try the same on my installation of Opera and see if I get the same issue.
EDIT: I have no issue in relation to viewing the video, provided via the link you posted, under Opera, so I am guessing that you may have a Flash Player. On that premise please take a look at THIS Abobe Support Thread on thisn topic, as the contents may be of assistance.
