how can I improve my reputation

;Even though I have an ssl certificate, webroot lists my site as a moderate risk.  I asked for a change but they lt it at 50.  What specifically can I do to improve my sites reputation?  https://bellaninadayspa.com

I’m not sure why it isn’t higher but did you fill out this online form: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php if not fill it out and explain that it should be made better. But one thing it’s not Blocked in any way so users still can go there. Also put this link in the form: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/14295d9f4b8cc966395ce2f5c19410d84d9d2c876862be8085b14c5e64cd7646/detection
