I am not a computer nerd or no where near it. I installed WebRoot on my lap top and since that time I have not been able to use Internet Explorer. My computer freezes up and even ctrl+alt+del won't work. I am fine with FireFox. I have checked my settings and cannot find the answer. Any ideas??

+36Hi Linda, and welcome to the Community. You might want to TRY opening Webroot console and clicking on the little cog on the right of Identity Protection, then click on Application Protection. Click Add Application and find ie explorer in you programs and save it to protected applications.
