How do I deal with Hacker? HP called and accessed my system and said I have a Hacker issue.
Hello everyone, I thank you for any efforts to answer my question. I understand anyone is subject to being hacked. What I am not understanding is why HP is contacting me when I bought a Dell recently from Best Buy. When I got on the phone with them I was informed about many error reports about someone trying to access my laptop. I was told they were going to remotely clean the sytem. However, they would not do a thing until I bought a SSL program. I was then informed that Best Buy's program Webroot was not adiqute to keep my system free of issues. Just looking for your assistance to help me understand what may be going on.
