Lets see if I can make this simple. Close your Browser

Go to your Control Panel

Find the Ask Toolbar on the Program list ,right click and a menu will appear and select uninstall.

Follow uninstall instructions and when it ask to verify uninstall, say yes.

Change your homepage.Go to your Browser open it up,  and change this by going to the Settings "option" and change the homepage to Http://www.yahoo.com
