Hello Guys,

 

I installed the Webroot on the laptop on March 2024 and the agent is function, then the laptop can’t boot to Windows and I reinstalled OS. Now, i installed the agent again. i found there are duplicate record on management console. 

 

May i know how to remove the old record?
