I have been on support line on hold for over two hours- I cannot log in to my account because it asks me for authentication code even though I did not have a authentication account set up yet. Can someone suggest how to log in ?????

I have the same problem. I downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator for my phone and have tried to login to my Webroot account several times entering the number my Authenticator app provides. It never works. I have asked how do I use the Authenticator app to login to my account on this Community section/group/whatever you want to call it and have never received an answer. I believe the Webroot Community
