Sorry to hear about this.
Shut down the affected computer immediately and contact Webroot Support.
Do not try to remove any files or programs, especially Webroot. And do not try to recover anything for now. You don't want to risk further damage. Wait until you've spoken with support. Depending on the variant of the ransomware, Webroot should be able to roll-back any damage. I would say to call them but being the weekend they're support desk won't be in until Monday. The online support ticket system is available and manned 24/7.
